About Your Role

Supported by CoE subject matter experts, this is an autonomous role with responsibility for providing HR business partner support to line managers, staff and senior business leaders in our Vietnam office. There will also be opportunity on an ad-hoc basis to contribute to the regional HR team agenda via collaboration on various HR work streams and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- To be the Vietnam site HR leader with ownership for the delivery of high quality HR services across the employee life cycle including recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, training and development

- Partner with People Leaders to identify business needs and provide effective HR solutions in areas such as talent development, workforce and succession planning, performance management, employee rewards and recognition etc

- Coach and giving advice to line managers in all people management aspects to enhance management capability

- Provide front line support to staff on all employee relations related matters

- To work closely with global and regional HR Business Partners & CoEs to facilitate implementation of global/regional initiatives across your geographical territory.

- To initiate and drive HR process, policy/program and system review and enhancement initiatives

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies based on corporate policy and market practices; collect updated market data through C&B surveys or other valid resources to make sure the current practice is competitive. Make recommendation to management and revise the internal practices if required.

- Help to define and shape the culture of the office by creating an engaged, productive organization that supports business initiatives. Developing effective employee communication channels to share engage staff

- To be responsible for the HR governance, ensuring legal & corporate compliance

Position Requirements: What we will be looking for in you:

- Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management

- Experience in managing HR service delivery, including payroll, HR operations, Employment, Staffing and Compensation in sizeable multinational organizations

- At least 5 years of direct experience in Human Resource function

- Self-motivated and committed to drive change , develop new level of standards and new way of doing things

- An excellent team player with strong people skills to develop and inspire team members

- Demonstrate proactive, positive & balanced approach in managing stakeholders & relationship building

- Excellent communications skills in Vietnamese and English, both written & spoken;

- Well-versed in Vietnamese Employment Ordinance and HR practices

- Knowledge of one or more global HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday or SAP
